Most "my international SIM is not working" moments are a settings issue, not a broken product. Do this, in order:
- Toggle airplane mode on and off once you are outside the plane.
- Confirm the eSIM line is switched on and set as the line for mobile data.
- Turn off data roaming on your physical SIM so the phone stops fighting itself.
- Check that data roaming is enabled on the eSIM line itself; travel eSIMs need it to reach local networks.
- Restart the phone, then try selecting a network manually.
